| Cedar dock step box makes a perfect shoreline support for most dock brands. Accepts up to a 48" wide dock. Shore end of dock sits on 2x6 cedar bottom plate for even support. Dock Step Box frame slides over end of dock base and has two 3/8" bolt fasteners for attaching to dock frame. Step is 12" deep and 51" wide with center support. Stair treads are made of 5/4" cedar decking and extend slightly beyond box frame for a finished look. Frame is all 2x6 cedar. Top of step is about 5-1/2" above bottom of dock frame. To raise dock frame and step box, place blocking below as necessary. Assembled with all cedar material with corrosion resistant deck screws. |
