Deck locks for locking 4x4 Dock-Top drop-in sections to dock frame. Prevents blowoff from stong winds and loss of panel from jarring dock frame. Simply turn the rotating lock to secure to dock frame. Lock base plate mounts to dock panel. Install at panel joint(s) with 4 locks per 4x4 section. Installs with 2 screws per lock. Made of corrosion resistant plated steel. Screws included. Note: Dock-Top panels have pre-drilled holes for Deck Lockers located about 2-1/4" in from the edge of the panels. Mount with swivel towards outside of panel.
Photo shows deck lock in upside down position. The lock screws to Dock-Top panel 12x48 panels are adjoinrd. The rotating swivel lock faces the bottom (water). When you turn the swivel lock under the top flange of the dock frame, it "locks" the whole panel onto the frame. Deck locks will work for most types of decking panels including many wood panels. It will only work with dock frames that have angle section for the top support of the dock frame. Twelve locks. |
