Replace your old rotted wood dock decking with maintenance-free Dock-Top.
One Dock-Top 4x4 drop-in section includes 4 Dock-Top panels assembled into one section for easy "drop-in" installation. Panels are connected with special connecting clips. Constructed out of glass reinforced copolymer with UV inhibitors added. Slotted design meets environmental criteria. Deep rib design for added strength. Panel section measures approximately 47-5/8" wide x 47-1/2" long. Fits most aluminum, steel or wood docks with single center support. Flat support area at each end and at center measures approximately 1-3/4". Spans 24 inches.

Dock-Top deck panels with the deep rib design provides a strong decking alternative that feels comfortable to bare feet. Many competing panels feel spongy or can curl at the edges when stepped on in the center. Perhaps most important, the Dock-Top surface is no-skid but is still comfortable with bare feet. Other panels feel like you ware walking on little knives. Dock-Top panels do not feel hot due to the neutral color.
You get 4 individual 12"x48" (nominal) panels, 6 Deck Connecting Clips and 4 Deck Lockers for each 4x4 Dock-Top section ordered! It is fast and easy to assemble taking only a minute or two per section. All you do is lay the four panels upside down on a flat hard surface like a garage floor and tap the 6 connecting clips into place with a hammer. The clips are self-positioning and will not come off. No glue. No screws. No rods. The Deck Lockers install with 2 screws each in pre-drilled holes.
The deep ribs help keep the panel in place. Each 4x4 panel weighs about 24 lbs. The included Deck Lockers provide security from blow off and shifting panels. Just twist the locking swivel to secure each section to the frame. You can add screws or plastic cable ties to "lock down" the panels, but these are generally not necessary. For permanent installations, connect 4x4 sections together using 2 more connecting clips (order seperately) between individual 4x4 sections to form a continuous "sheet".
At the end of the season, remove Dock-Top panels from the dock and stack and cover them. Although the Dock-Top has UV inhibitors added, you can prolong the life of the product by covering when not is use. Doc-Top panels have a 7 year limited warranty from the manufacturer, but with proper care, could last 15-20 years. Of course, this is also dependant on length of season (i.e. Minnesota vs Florida).

Small quantities ship via FedEx or SpeeDee. Larger quantities ship on a 4x4 pallet via SpeeDee LTL (MN, WI, ND, SD, IA) or common carrier. If we ship by common carrier, it is usually much less expensive if we ship to the carrier's terminal and you pick it up there.
