We bought a zillion of these and it's time to move them. Use them on the wife's sled or the kid's sleds! Generic stainless steel push through studs are seconds, odd lots or do not meet product specifications in some way. Some have slight blemishes, are slightly long/short or have off-spec solder holding in the carbide pin tips. Many are as good as OEM studs and are off-spec because an entire lot was rejected due to some quality control variable. Many people have used these with no problems at all. Studs are 5/16" diameter with 7/8" diameter heads. Studs have carbide tips. Nylock nuts and round plastic backers are included. Packs of 48 studs, nuts and backers.

Specify backer color. If your color is not available, we will send you black or an alternate color. The poly backers will not work with the 0.875 size because the studs are not long enough. They are included anyway due to packaging.

 

These are nominal sizes. Select based on track lug. For 1" track lug, use 1.250 stud to get approximately 0.25-0.30" penetration (past lug). Overall stud lengths:

 

0.875 stud is 1.180" overall and fits 0.750 track lug SOLD OUT

1.000 stud is 1.320" overall and fits 0.820-0.850 track lug SOLD OUT

1.150 stud is 1.420" overall and fits 0.910-0.920 track lug SOLD OUT

1.250 stud is 1.500" overall and fits 1.000 track lug

1.400 stud is 1.720" overall and fits 1.250 track lug

1.520 stud is 1.830" overall and fits 1.375-1.400 track lug
