Snocap trailer cover bolts to your v-front drive-on/drive-off trailer for maximum protection of your sleds, ATVs or other important cargo. Keep slush, snow, hail, rain and road debris outside to protect what's inside. The Snocap is made of a Road Armor canvas shell over an aluminum frame that is removable. The cap can come off completely by removing the attachment bolts. Exceptionally light and durable. The Snocap lifts up in the front and has a zippered door in back. Special UV resistant parachute-type Road Armor canvas is extremely tough. It will not continue to rip if torn. All seams are sewn because this material is so tough it cannot be welded, like inferior cover materials. The aluminum frame is made of 0.125" wall aluminum tubing. This system can withstand all the abuse you can throw at it.
Available for 10-ft through 22-ft V-front trailers (rectangular bed length). Standard 58" peak height prodes ample room inside and minimum wind drag. Optional 72" tall version (add $500) makes for easier loading, unloading and more working head room inside. use the cover as a temporary ground shelter in the off season by simply removing it from the trailer and securing to a ground frame (to prevent blow off).

The Pro Series Snocap offers a durable cover that is very lightweight. It is quite unbelievable how tough this system is with a super strong durable aluminum rib frame and Road Armor cover. The V-front minimizes wind drag and is hinged at the top so it can be raised for unloading to the front of the trailer. The front section is supported by an aluminum pole that secures to your trailer tongue when open. Otherwise, the rod slides back inside when the front is closed. The front vee is typically positioned on top of your triler bed a short distance from the very fron of your trailer bed. The front hinged section and the rear door entry have continuous velco attaching closures to keep out 99.9% of debris. The rear entry has heavy Duty YKK zippers. The shell extends down the side of your trailer sides and are anchored below using a sewn in pipe in the bottom hem. This feature provides complete closure and extreme durability with maximum wind load.
Available for 10-ft, 12-ft , 14-ft, 16-ft, 18-ft, 20-ft or 22-ft (rectangular length not including vee) V-front trailers. This kit ships directly from the manufacturer. Each cover is ordered individually for a custom fit to your trailer. If your trailer is not a listed option, please call us. Custom caps available for car haulers, utility trailers, etc (call). Korky's Note: We had a Snocap Pro Series cover (72" tall) set up on a 14-ft 3-place snomobile trailer to try out. It is so light we couldn't believe it. With 2 sleds, an ATV with snow plow and an ice fishing shack loaded, it loaded and traveled very well. The access was easy. The quality of construction is worth noting- every detail is addressed. These guys make a very high quality cover and fabricate each one on a custom-fit basis.
